Get Your Running Shoes On! ENGIE is the Official Energy Partner of Simplyhealth Great Run Series

We’re excited to team up with the Great Run Series 2019 to be the official energy partner for this year’s races, including the iconic Great North Run.

Taking place at various locations throughout the year, the Simplyhealth Great Run Series sees over 230,000 runners race their way through streets, cobbles and countryside across the UK – and ENGIE will be there every step of the way.

Get involved

From Manchester to Newcastle, Bristol to Birmingham, the Great Run Series is the UK’s biggest series of mass participation running events, with family activities, 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon races for runners of all ages. If you’re taking part in one of the fantastic races this year, you’ll also be able to make the most of our Runner Reward – up to £40 worth of gift vouchers when you switch to ENGIE Home Energy. Check out the Runner’s Reward section of the Great Run Series website for details.

Showing support

As the official energy partner of the 2019 series, ENGIE is supporting the countless runners and communities taking part through a host of energising activities at select events, including a special ENGIE Cheer Zone – a stretch of track dedicated to generating as much noise and support for the runners as possible! There’ll also be selfie boards so spectators can snap a photo with supportive messages for those taking part, and an opportunity to meet our brand new mascots!

Share your success

Are you or a family member taking part in a Great Run Series event? If so, share your photos with us on social media by tagging @ENGIE_Home_UK on Twitter and ENGIE Home Energy on Facebook – we’d love to see how you get on! We’ll also be sharing our best images from the events throughout the year, so keep an eye out on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
