How do I send a meter reading?

Sending regular meter readings is simple and is the best way to make sure you don't get estimated bills. There are a number of ways you can send us a meter reading:

  • The easiest way is to log into your account and send it from there.
  • You can also go to our contact page and use the email form, just select "Submit a meter reading" in the Contact Reason section. Don't forget to write down if it's a Gas or Electricity reading, and include your account number too.
  • You can also give your reading over the phone by calling our Customer Care Team on 0800 280 8000, or email them at help.uk@engie.com.
