Sending regular meter readings is simple and is the best way to make sure you don't get estimated bills. There are a number of ways you can send us a meter reading:
- The easiest way is to log into your account and send it from there:
- Click on the ‘meters’ navigation tab found either in the centre of the dashboard or in the top right-hand corner
- From here, select whether it is your gas or electricity reading that you wish to enter
- Enter the date in which you took the reading in the box provided, then enter the reading in the space next to it
- If you’re a dual fuel customer, make sure you do this for both meters
- You can also give your reading over the phone by calling our Customer Care Team on 0800 280 8000, or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
