We know moving days are busy, so take the reads on the morning of your move and ring us when you have a spare 10 minutes, preferably within a couple of days of the move. Remember our Customer Care team are available to help between 8am and 8pm on 0800 280 8000.

Please note if we are given meter reads when you have already moved, you are responsible for the 2 days of energy usage from the date you inform us of the meter reads if no one has taken over at the property.
