How do I send a meter reading?
There are a number of ways you can send us a meter reading.
The easiest way is to log into your MyENGIE account and send it from there.
You can also go to our contact page and use the email form, just select "Submit a meter reading" in the Contact Reason section. Don't forget to write down if it's a Gas or Electricity reading, and include your account number too.
You can also give your reading over the phone by calling our Customer Care Team on 0800 280 8000, or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org
