ENGIE named joint third for best Customer Service by Citizens Advice

The results of Citizens Advice’s latest customer service rankings have been released today and ENGIE has been named joint third best in the UK.

Ranked across a number of categories including number of complaints, clarity of bills, customer guarantees, how easy it is to switch and how easy it is to get in contact, the table is updated every three months and covers 99 per cent of the companies in the market.

ENGIE was ranked joint third in the rating for October ’18 to December ’18 and awarded a potential 4.15 out of five stars.
